Update...

Just to keep you posted on my progress.




I've gotten the ticker above to track my goal of going to the gym for 30 days to form a new habit. So far, I've done 8 of the 30 days and to be honest, I'm already starting to really like going. It fits into my schedule and it shouldn't be too hard to form into a habit if I stick with it for the first few weeks.

I'm also trying to set mini-goals for myself throughout the week like cleaning out my closet and doing teeth-whitening strips because accomplishing small things along the way gives me confidence in my ability to change.

Those of you who have made posts about forming a habit, what's your experience been like? Has it been easy or hard to stick with? Have you experienced any setbacks?

Well, only twenty-two days to go...
