My goal is pretty trivial, but it's important to my health. My goal is to stop drinking any sort of pop. I'm pretty much addicted to Coke (obviously the drink, ha), and I drink several cans a day.

There are several reasons I want to stop including: my teeth are becoming really yellow, I'm always sluggish (because I drink Coke in place of things like water and sometimes I drink a can because I'm hungry), and I think I have diabetes (which I need to go to the doctor to check).

Suffice it to say I can't work Coke into my eating habits in a "healthy" way. Therefore, I want to ban it and all its evil friends from my diet.

Seriously, giving up caffeine is hard, hard, hard... But I'm gonna be honest... You will feel so, so, so much better when you've stopped. Honestly, now when I have one I feel sick and too full.

Hey, thanks! I've tried before, but I swear, it's like they put actually coke in the drink or something. It's like trying to quit smoking.

Actually, giving up caffeine has been proven to be harder than almost any other drug... In fact, they equate the withdrawals and all to heroin. And really, as a former junkie, I actually do think it's very similiar.

I think giving up soda was harder than giving up cigarettes or meth or any of the other substances I used to poison my body with.
